Healing for One is Rosalie Bea's second album. More personal than her first, this project delves into the process of dealing with grief and loss by exploring every step, every emotion of this intimate and vulnerable journey. The album confronts the emptiness within and dives into the bright and dark blur of the end. The first song, Under the Surface, deals with the denial and the shock of departure. It is the moment when one does not understand and freezes. The lost soul will always live within you and you take refuge in it. I Won't Blame You deals with sadness and bargain. We will accept all the blame on ourselves, take everything on our shoulders, to find the time before. Healing for One is the deconstruction symbolizing the time that jerks, the anger and the depression. It is life that resumes, but in a daze and in a struggle. It is a half-life. For Joy is the possible end of depression and the beginning of acceptance. It is the search for joy again and the first letting go. Clouds represents the memory of the other becoming sweeter. Time is stabilizing. It is when peace replaces pain in waves. One feels that there will be a life after, a place beyond this moment. About Us closes this cycle with hope and new life beginning. Love is different, awkward and scary, it's true, but it still exists.
